    Ive purchased from this seller 2 x. First time, zero issues, received healthy shrimp, fast shipping, and excellent packaging. The 2nd time the shrimp arrived i ordered 10+1 shrimp, the package arrived promptly. Unfortunately, I noticed that there were only 8 shrimp and 2 were dead. I took a few pics and required and contacted the seller. They promptly emailed me back and sent me a partial refund. I would 100% recommend this seller, for the quality of the product and their great service.

    AAA+++ seller. FedEx delayed the first shipment too long which was not the seller’s fault, but it did mean some shrimp did not survive the overly long trip, but this seller promptly sent a replacement shipment. Seller then kept in contact with me until it was received and all was well. Highly recommend!! Also, would like to add that seller uses a bagging system that is excellent. I’ve never seen fish shipped in such well inflated and sealed bags … impressive.

    S TIER SELLER! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SELLER! I purchased this weeks ago, however the UPS lost the package TWICE. Seller was kind enough to re-send a package 3 times at no cost. The 3rd finally arrived by the end of last month, but once again due to the carrier, only 2 survived. Seller kindly accepted my request for a replacement rather than a refund. So a 4th package was sent, and the UPS finally delivered on time. Seller kindly gave extras :) I'm so happy, was worth the wait. +1 loyal customer!
