Shipping was fast. It came new in the box. I bought this just to help trim the edges of my lawn. Everything was intact. I put it together and tried it, it worked perfectly but battery was low. When next I do my lawn, I'll charge the battery well and get better results. I think it will do the job for which it was bought. Also, the customer service is outstanding. The color I ordered was not available. They reached out to me to see if i will like a different color. They're a good company
