- c***t (3500)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseBit disappointed with the customer service. they don't seem to care less about any problems. mattress topper arrived in a filthy ripped zipped holder which wasn't wrapped ( people I think use the zipper holder afterwards) with just the label stuck on that. when I told them about it their reply was 'what do you want us to do about it' I don't think its my place to tell them as they should have offered to replace the zipper bag. so would not use them again, and would definitely not recommend them.
