    I wish to thank the Seller for a very pleasant transactional experience. The item arrived timely & well packaged. However, through NO FAULT of the Seller, the item was not functional. It had to do with lack of proper software support from the manufacturer/vendor; in this case, ASUS, for Apple-Mac, for which I, the buyer, procured the item. The Seller graciously refunded me for the purchase of the item, which in the end, was not usable. Thank you, seller. Hope to do business w/ you again!
