As compensation, they offered me the red version along with a free memory card which was a nice gesture.     Great experience. Beautiful phone. Even though refurbished it arrived in perfect, "as new" condition with headphones thrown in for good measure. Reliable, honest seller. Excellent communication. A large purchase like this from OS can have many pitfalls. Not with this seller. You can trust this seller. Postage took a while but that was not sellers fault. They were efficient. The delays were with the courier in my country.

    Ordered a silver one and they contacted later to say out of stock. They asked if i wanted a different color and they would include a free gift or if i wanted to wait. I said different color. The color I picked also went out of stock so they just sent me a black one. I never received a gift and the shipping was awful, could not see where my package was. They said they would unlock the bootloader for me but it was locked so I had to do it myself.
