    Mostly positive experience. Extremely quick shipping. Items as described. However, the post says "or best offer" so I made an offer. It was never acknowledged one way or the other. When I purchased it at the requested price, it came up that there was a small discount bc I was buying 2 items I guess. But when I checked out no discount. Disappointed in the communication but I cant say that I wouldnt buy from them again.

    Great seller, fast shipping and product condition as advertised. This product was priced perfectly and the quality is authentic from what I can gather. I’ve never used it before but hopes it does what it says it does. The boxes arrived a bit beat up and have remnants of foundation on them but overall the product appears fine and as for the box, that I’ve opened, the seal was still in tack.

    I received the B lift cream in the mail opened and half empty. The listing was for a new, unopened item. I contacted the seller as soon as I saw what happened. I waited a few days for a reply and received none. I guess that's why the item was listed for half the price since half the cream was scooped out. Although the listing stated otherwise. I'm not happy about a false listing and not happy about the seller not responding. I would not purchase beauty items again from this seller.

    This product was labeled as NEW but once received, it was obvious that it was used as the box was ripped open, there was product debris in the lid and appeared as if a nice chunk of the product was missing. I did reach out to the seller, they mentioned that it must have been a return that they re shipped out. No resolution was ever met as seller stopped responding after they commented the first time. This was my second (AND LAST) purchase with this seller.

    I'm SORRY WHAT MORE CAN i do? I told you please open a return so we can exchange it. I can't do it for you. You would of had a replacement by now. I'm not going to remind you everyday
