  The Shinola watch came exactly as described and wonderfully packaged, but not without shipping drama. UPS could not locate the package after creating the label for over a week. Once the seller realized there was an issue with the watch's location and the package hadn't been delivered, they quickly investigated and addressed the issue with UPS and communicated with me. The seller worked to correct the disappointing situation with me and ultimately provided a 5% refund for the delay.
