    This item was advertised a used but I received a brand new item (without packaging). The delivery time was much much quicker than stated, over a week early. The delivery packaging was top rate. The price is much better than anywhere else Ive seen the same mount. There was a small issue with the mount when it arrived but after a email, it was literally resolved within 2 hours. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEDED SELLER. Ill be buying another of these sony mounts from them again in the near future

Not only that, but the seller was willing to haggle the price a little with me and sent me their personal email contact if I had any trouble.
