  The Royal Copenhagen 5-piece Set shipped within a reasonable amount of time and was shipped by priority mail so it was trackable all of the way from the seller to my door. The set was wrapped in bubble wrap so it arrived in great shape and as seen in the photos online. I was a bit apprehensive to order this item from this seller because of precious negative review for this specific product as well as similar items, but I am fully satisfied with the service and product.

  Order was placed on 11/2, label created on 11/9, didn’t actually ship the item until 11/17, received the wrong item on 11/19 (ordered Ellen Tracy/Linda Allard limited edition, received standard Ellen Tracy). Seller said they would ship the correct item in one business day. Made contact with seller again on 11/22, stated new tracking would be provided that day. The correct item still has not shipped and the seller has stopped communicating. Buyer beware.
