Recieved the one item promptly with a hand written message in the box appologizing for the oversight. BEST customer service I have experienced in a long time. Yes I only got one item instead of two but both refund and shipping was as fast and automatic as ANY Amazon purchase... PLUS the brice was much better. Could not reccomend more.
