    This seller advertised NEW in box. It was at best a REBOX and the box was damaged then closed and resealed. I opened it and the parts inside had been opened and repacked. I contacted seller for refund and they offered to send me another "open box" because the had no more NEW ones. They don't appear to EVER have had a new one, In addition it was inoperable or I might have kept it. So I returned it and am awaiting a refund. They did send me a return, postage paid tag, so inconvenience only.

    Thank you for your business. Once the buyer sent the message we replied and communicated with the buyer right away. We are on top of it to find the best solution for the buyer. We accepted the return and issue the refund to buy right after we received the return package.

    NEVER RECEIVED ITEM! Received Only Partial Refund, not 100% Sold with no return policy. Thank you Ebay for something returned. BUYER BEWARE of this Seller! I had to threaten seller to receive refund for additional 2 pieces, and told them that they had responsibility to buyers to communicate. Buyer Beware!

    The carrier lost/Damage the package. We provided tracking number after the package packed. We communicated with the buyer right away after we received buyer message. We issue the partial refund right away. Wired thing is this buyer is not happy the package got lost or damaged, at the same time the buyer still ordered 2 more same items from us and Threaten us. We take good care and respect all our eBay customers which shows in our Feedbacks. Threaten is not a good communicate way on eBay!!
