  Seller sent item in plastic mailer bag, not a box, which resulted in damage to the item in transit. Seller decided to wrap the physical item in shipping tape and two pieces of cardboard tapes to the sides for some reason. Seller uncooperative and mouthy. Negative experience.

  I gave the buyer a FULL refund even after eBay said the buyer had to ship the product back to me first. I even let the buyer keep the product. If you sell to this buyer, be warned. There is no room for mistakes. You also need to make sure you are a mind reader. If you don't know how this buyer wants the product packaged, you better contact them first. Like I said, there is NO room for mistakes with this one. It was a negative experience for me, also.

  It's not about my expecting you to be a 'mind reader', it's about your not packing things in a mindful way so that items arrive as pictured. There's a reason eBay offer buyers the option to return an item if it is not as pictured. The photo you used didn't show the item wrapped in shipping tape and I expected it to arrive AS PICTURED. It doesn't take a mindreader to practise common sense. What even was the point of wrapping it in tape and taping cardboard to the sides? That makes zero sense.
