    Good merchant to deal with, I had a good experience with them that I admires , there were a lot of stuff in my watch cart and I made a mistake and touch the wrong button on my phone and the purchase went, and I immediately made contact with about 7 other merchant the same thing explaining the situation and this merchant didn't hesitate, it was cancelled and refunded, while some of the other merchants told me that the item was shipped already and there is nothing that they can do about it

    The item was great but the FedEx delivery was bad he left the package on the bumper of my pickup truck if the neighbor had not told me it would have got lost off i call FedEx on this makes 6 times that the FedEx driver has did this to me i wish you all would not use FedEx. FedEx is sorry or they to get new drivers that will work

    I had ordered 60 ft cables and received 100ft cables, with me questioning this delivery,to be told ,they were out of stock so we sent the 100ft cables instead. So instead of informing me the " Out of stock'" problem ,or canceling the sale, offered a $2.00 rebate, apon explaining I had already order 100ft set , and 150ft set,and my purchase was a waste of $25.00 ,they countered with a 50% rebate ,,that was Fair enoff,I excepted the deal. Communication is key ,to sales & customers satisfaction.
