  The first clock arrived damaged, the seller sent a replacement straight away, unfortunately the packaging could have been better with more polystyrene or bubble wrap but by using Royal Mail the package gets handled quite a few times as well as the delivery van so I suspect the damage was caused via transit. The seller was good to respond quickly.

  Happy with seller ..after viewing item decided to return which I did thru the post office 1st class to which they duly lost the item I return never got back ...twice now the post office have let me down big time time to stop using this out of touch service..have apologised to seller and told him to treat this as a sale..I took the loss..
