  Sold me an item that had been returned. Shipped to me in the original customers bubble envelope, with their address, and it had been opened. Product would not fit my door. No functional backset adjustment. Slow shipping. I can't use it and it's not worth sending back. Very disappointed.

  Not a return. 100% brand new. The knob I shipped you absolutely had backset adjustment, as is standard in these locks, now. If you google images of the lock I shipped you, they show the backset adjustment feature. The bubble envelope to which you refer was simply padding for your shipment. That envelope and label were on a bubble mailer that I added to your item for protection during shipment. Completely unrelated transaction and not a return, but me purchasing..
