The packaging is good, the computer is wrapped with bubble wrap securely, sleeping beautifully in a box filled with packaging peanut. The laptop ordered showed up very quick and as discribed in the listing works well, only draw back is it showed up missing the power cord, I reached out and was contacted almost immediatly and given the choice of having one shipped or a partial refund to cover the cost of purchasing one, I chose the refund and it was processed just a short time later (less than an hour). wou;d purchase from this seller again.
