  Revised + we are communicating about hopefully resolving this issue - Usedequipcomp reached out to work this out and find an answer when equipment shipped, seller had everything packaging inside to keep safe, when package arrived it was broken. It did not say fragile on box, it was heavy, and although should have been delivered better. It is just as pictured, just broken from shipment. When reaching out about this, trying to fix DIY from home, communication has been there to find resolve.

  Item was sold as excellent working condition. Item arrived poorly packed which resulted in broken plastic knobs. Seller was contacted and was not helpful. I had to figure out what was wrong an when I expressed to seller, I was mocked.

  This item worked. We package these in custom boxes, with expandable foam inserts. We were able to solve the customer's problem. The customer was not mocked, but was asked how tight something was screwed down.
