  The communication with this seller was excellent!! She was exceptionally quick in providing responses to inquiries about the jacket - even late in the evening when she didn't have to. The item was shipped very quickly (the same day as the purchase) and the description was very accurate. She packaged the item carefully to ensure no rain, etc. would harm it. A great jacket for a good price - I was so happy to be able to find one very close to a favorite that just gave out after a few years.

  This item was as described. Value priced item, but shipping $$ was more than Item price. It was delayed, because of snow, but that was no fault of the seller.
