Hi, my name is Jan a.k.a Mimi, or that is who I am to my ten beautiful grand kids. Thank you for taking the time to find out who I am.

I am a vintage-a-holic. I have an addiction to thrifting for just about anything old. I love everything from old rusty farming tools to kitchen utensils to vintage silky scarves, and sparkly vintage jewelry.

To be honest, if I had enough room I would probably keep most everything. My kid’s tell me that I have too much 'stuff', but it’s not just ‘stuff’ to me. I truly enjoy looking at the beauty of each piece and I love to think about the history of my pieces and who may have used them years ago. I believe that too much of our history and how things used to be, have been forgotten. With that being said, I HAVE to do some Hoarder Control!

As I rotate out some of my treasures… My hope is that by passing some of my great finds along to you, together we can help preserve times gone by.(｡◕‿◕｡).
