After what seemed a long lag time before my order was shipped, the product (size) I ordered is NOT what I received, but, I am still being charged for the wrong product (size). I'm waiting for the seller to reply, so we might come to a acceptable resolution. My low ratings could change if this issue is resolved satisfactorily.

They sent me a defective item(the Item didn't pass hard disk test-S.M.A.R.T ), and I just returned it to them, but they closed the return with comment "I smartly kept the item sent a trash to them"??? ebay provided me free shipping label, but do you think I will pay extra money to shipping wrong item(trash) to you instead of using free shipping label?what a disgusting situation... and felt offended by their response!
