    The seller sent two trimmer lines ... somehow in different packages ... to the wrong name and wrong address. Never issued an apology. When a week passed and I already asked the seller where my packages are the seller fully refunded my purchase (which is not what I wanted). Without an apology, again. Instead of that the seller blamed ME for his own mistakes in shipping. An unacceptable, dishonorable behavior. Bad trend.

    Waited a week for shipping information- was told to be patient and wait. Then the order was cancelled. While I appreciate the print refund, I needed this item for a project and am now delaying completion for my client. This seller has mostly positive feedback - so I don’t wish to negate their hard work to establish a good reputation. This experience was frustrating and disappointing.
