  Item arrived in heavily taped box, after assembly it was noticed chip and significant rub marks on the front. Seller insisted they only sell new items. After numerous photos and discussion, I was offered a measly $10 credit. After several more go arounds, I agreed to $35 off purchase price. Seller did it cheap again, calculating to the penny what refund would get to $35 by including the tax refund. And the desk has no cross bracing, is weak laterally. **DO NOT USE THIS SELLER!! **
