  Received the chandelier a couple of weeks ago after a lengthy search for just the right one. Sadly, one of the glass light covers was damaged in transit. I contacted the seller about a replacement and was told it would be 12-15 business days. I received a replacement part about a week later. GREATY customer service - would recommend this seller.
