Seller is a scammer. Had one name when I purchased the item, and now has a totally new name. Item says sent, but it’s only in label created stage. When you message seller, you only get automated responses. Don’t buy from this seller. And now I have to wait for eBay to get involved to get my money back. SCAM!!!

This seller is a scam! I should have known when I got a message asking to let them know of any issues and not report them. I ordered a labubu from this seller. At the time all reviews were positive. Now I see I’m now the only one who never received my item and they don’t respond. You simply get an automated message over and over. The item still says label created no movement, no response. Shipping was supposed to be 2-4 days. Do not order from here

Fraudulent seller. Shipped my package to the wrong address and never made any attempts to correct it. I asked for a refund and I opened a complaint but since the product was marked as delivered, eBay closed the case. What’s worse is that they only use bots to communicate. 0/10 would not recommend.

Terrible customer service no transparency from the seller or eBay false advertising and told item was on its way and it was never sent. I tried contacting the seller several times and they kept asking for me to send my message over.. huh.. when they responded it was in Chinese and the seller was in China... I was told they were located in Los Angeles by eBay... huh I will never use eBay anymore and I will never recommend either refund my money
