Awful company to deal with. There communication skills are nonexistent and ridiculous when they eventually reply. The product purchased is not what was advertised and when this was questioned I was asked to test the product by taking a video of it! I purchased a 500w highbay lamp but I think I have been supplied a 200w lamp, there was nothing on the item or packaging to say it's wattage. I was asked by ebay to return but i had already paid an electrian to install Avoid this company at all costs.
