    Items were securely packaged and arrived as described in new condition. Brief testing confirmed that the subject was as ordered and images were very clear and professionally prepared. The unique "key-shaped" format is apparently a trademark of this seller. I only wish that the USB bore a name or title to identify the contents, and that the exposed electronic contacts were covered to protect against potential dust or accidental damage.     it was late but was exactly as you described. I spoke to Post Office workers and USPS Ground Advantage was advised. It provides a tracking # I looks like you are sending these through as a letter, and this might be why they are late. Letters go through sorting machines and possibly get caught or clogged. However a USPS Ground advantage label is 4 x 6 so you might need a slightly larger env. When I did speak to USPS Worker they said with no tracking there was nothing they could do. I really li

    This seller is amazing!! I thought my item was lost in the mail, so I contacted him right away. (Yesterday 12 16 2024) so I got my cd today. I GOT A RESPONSE RIGHT AWAY. The cd is great. Good info and great quality. I will be buying more. Great info especially if you are into genealogy!! Don't be afraid to buy anything from this seller.
