I placed an order for almost $100 of plants and tubers. The most expensive item I ordered, a $30 bareroot tree peony, was not in the shipping box. I contacted the seller and they would not re-ship because the tracking information showed the box was delivered. The box was delivered, but that plant was not in the box. Ebay customer service would not help either. I never received the peony I ordered, nor did I receive a refund. Communication with the seller was awful.

There was a delay in delivery by USPS, but I can *always* depend on Hirt's to package plants securely and make sure they are well hydrated prior to shipping. Despite USPS, the plant arrived healthy and green! Excellent communication from seller as well. Thank you!
