    I have tried to reason with this seller, since I did not choose this shipping company. Package is missing , Aquilline's customer service number is disconnected = both of them. There is no remedy for me as this seller shirks responsibility for choosing them, contracting with them in the first place. Other well known shippers take a pic of where package was l left with a time stamp. Bottom line is I paid for a urgently needed item that I didn't get. I had to go to manufacturer, getting it cheaper
