  I was delighted to find a scarf via this vendor identical to one my husband lost last year. I ordered it in November, weeks before his birthday. The vendor messaged the scarf had been relocated to storage elsewhere and it would take time to locate it. He also messaged a family loss would delay this endeavor. I was patient and continued to wait. Two months and many messages later he was either unwilling or unable to locate it or respond to my final messages. I gave up an was refunded via e-bay.
