    I ordered item on the 25th, was supposed to be received by the 5th. By the 9th it still hadn’t shipped and had heard nothing from the seller. I sent a message to the seller, and the item was shipped on the 10th. I received it today (16th). Upon opening the box, I found cigarette ashes on the items and a cigarette butt at the bottom of the box. I hate to leave bad feedback, generally preferring to leave no feedback rather than bad feedback, but really was not happy with this transaction.

    I am sorry you were not happy with this purchase. I was in the hospital is why it was late shipping and responding. I did ask if I could do anything to make it up to you and you did not respond. I can only believe those things were already in the box before I shipped again I am sorry I def will pay better attention to my items packaging. lesson learned the hard way I guess.
