    DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SELLER! High tide chose not to deliver a purchased item to me. Instead, chose to blame the shipper , with whom he’s in conflict. When confronted, this seller wimped out and refunded $ instead of using another shipper. Excuses do not cut it in the real world of business ! Seller needs to man up and deliver goods which were paid for in full.

    Customer contacted us regarding not receiving shipment. We responded that we could either file a claim with USPS or issue a refund. Customer then responded stating we need to just send the item and stop making excuses and other nonsense. So because WE DON'T HAVE THE ITEM IN POSESSION because it might have been lost in transport, we canceled the order. No time to deal with unreasonable customers. We have a 100% rating for a reason.
