  Stephanie is extremely unprofessional, aggressive, and rude to her clients. I spent $140 on 2 lamps. She left them in the box for the listing photos. When they arrived, they did not match all of the other Nymo Ikea lamps I purchased from other sellers. I requested a return. She said: "I contacted the other seller you bought the blue lamp from to protect them if you try to make a false claim again. You have also been reported. Sad people like you are out there with new accounts scamming people."

  Follow-up to this comment...Buyer bought 2 lamps from me (both were removed in description photos so no deception here). She then wanted to return them because they "didn't match the other lamp she bought from another seller" but claimed I mis-represented the item. Photos SHE supplied matched what I sent her. She's playing the eBay loophole claiming "not as described" so she doesn't have to cover any return shipping fees. Sorry, that's a scam in my opinion. Don't blame me for your mistake.

  Nobody would like to run into an issue with a eBay order. At the same time, the way the seller is resolving the issue is the most meaningful to review. I sadly had an issue with the item I ordered. I got so stressed about it, but the seller replied ime mmediately in a very patient and polite manner and helped me to troubleshoot my problem. The package itself was shipped fast, and the communication was great. I highly recommend the seller and her professionalism.
