  I purchased a bissell pet pro from this seller that advertised the item as “open box” condition. Upon receiving the item, the solution tank was missing and the unit would not operate as intended. I sent the item back and they received the item on 2/25/25 and as of 2/27/25 they have not issued a refund. I have also sent the seller several messages and they are refusing to respond.

  This is not the unit pictured. It came without adequate packaging, just thrown in a box. The self cleaning tray is missing and the unit was used and dirty. The motor makes a grinding noise.
