Received used cartridge - box was opened, not sealed. Seller stopped responding after claiming he was going to file claim with post office which would not have solved anything. Seller said he was given several of these by a teacher and this one was probably opened and put back for recycling. Possibly an honest mistake but he hasn’t refunded my money and stopped responding to messages.
