Seller did an awesome job of packing the mugs (they arrived without breaking/chipping) & quick shipping, which is appreciated. And good/quick communications after I asked about shipping time. The only negative was that the photos in the listing were of blue mugs (like the set I have and was wanting to add to) and the ones I bought (and arrived) were very gray. Looking at the listing title now I should have realized this (they were marked as "Grey Gray") but I thought they would match the photos.
