  Apparently, seller was sick and never shipped item nor kept in communication. I sent 3 messages and they responded to none of them. 3 weeks (give or take) passed and I had to escalate to ebay to open a case and only then did the seller reach out. They offered a refund and to ship the item still. I said either/or but both are not necessary. 4-5 days passed and again, nothing from the seller so ebay issued a refund automatically.
