  I never received the item. I’ve contacted the seller multiple times without a resolution. Seller stated he sent me a free item and provided two tracking numbers. The “free” item is what was delivered, not the actual item I ordered. Buyer be ware. Just because a seller has a high rating doesn’t mean they are a good seller. I want a refund for the item and shipping.

  absolutely perfect I got them for my daughter for her birthday she's obsessed with the anime and these are the best gift she said she has gotten in her whole 14 years of life. The seller was so nice helped me with any questions I had and they came to my house so fast The shipping was way faster than I expected they were packaged perfectly and they're beautiful I will definitely buy again from the seller she was so excited I couldn't get great pictures but they are exactly what was listed

  Shipping was slow, arrived defective out of the box. Contacted the seller, who at first was going to send me a replacement speaker that I would have to dismantle the helmet and use a soldering iron to fix. They had offered me $10 for the trouble, then, they told me to just remove and put back the existing speaker which didn't fix anything. Ultimately had to buy my own replacement speaker and solder it. Also, I never recieved my $10. They are lucky I am not giving them a negative review.
