    Very happy with purchase! When I mentioned to seller that this was a Christmas gift (purchased very last minute), they did their best to get it to me to make this happen! Not only did it arrive quickly, but it was packed very well to ensure the glass did not break.

    Received the wrong item. Seller says was away and their helper made the mistake. However, they agreed to refund me then refused to and I had to go to eBay for assistance. I do not recommend this seller in any way. Very disappointed and very poor service and communication received from this seller.

    the buyer wanted a refund without retuning the item - they wanted something for free - it was a SCAM - beware selling to them

    9/27/24, recv'd wrong book. 09/28/24, advised seller of mistake, seller responded been away & someone helping sent wrong book. I asked if Beyer book was still there, seller responded "Yes I doubled checked and it is still here. I’ll send it out Monday. Again I am so sorry." 10/16/24, no word from seller, not recv'd tracking number or Beyer book, not recv'd pre-paid return label for wrong book. Had to go to eBay CS to get return label (10/23) & full refund (10/30) of monies paid for Beyer book.
