    Not a happy camper. Item was shipped out took a little over 2 weeks before receiving. When I got my item it was not what I ordered. Contacted seller but took a while to respond back. They tried to convince me to keep the wrong item and only give me a partial refund. Finally after no response after saying No for days I requested a refund with eBay. Backpack is also very thin. More like a child’s toy. Not something to use every day. Don’t buy!!!

    The shipment time was a lot faster than I expected, it was just under a week after purchase. Even though I originally received the wrong plush, the seller helped me out and had quick response time. Both plushes I received were in good quality and new. Definitely recommend buying from this seller to anyone who’s interested :D

    Seller was helpful with changing my address for me, very communicative. Little sad cause this isn't the actual bag that they said in the listing, it's a knockoff product. The quality isn't bad, though. I also wish they provided a different shipping option as I had to chase this package around quite a bit once it got to my town due to the shipping method used.
