  Everything came on time and as described. Part was never installed as it’s incompatible with our NordicTrack Studio Cycle S15i. As soon as I disconnected the connection on my board, I noticed that it was different than the one I received. Item description in sale said no returns, which I get, I tried emailing the Seller twice to see if there is anything we can do which I received zero reply or response.
