The item that was received was the item shown in the product picture. The specs were different from what was described in the listing due to a small oversight. We explained the situation and apologized to the buyer and provided the option to keep the product (which is well below market price) or request a return. The buyer then became upset because we would not schedule the item to be picked up from their home location. This buyer still has yet to execute the return of the product.

The seller has a malfunctioning scale for weighing or is a liar. The bag of Blue Egyptian Lotus Flower that I purchased weighs 0.7oz the tea and the bag together. The seller sells it as a 4 oz bag. This is a rip off a customer. I want my money back. I paid $18 for not even a 1oz bag plus shipping $5.15.

This buyer has a serious problem with reading and attention to detail. The listing is for a 4 oz. bag and not the net weight of the product. We have sold this product to many customers and not had a complaint. Especially, when it's Blue Egyptian Lotus. You also gave us a false address which meant we had to contact you to get the right address and then we paid to have it shipped to you the second time. Stop trying to hurt our business reputation and request a refund through the normal channel.
