  Bracelet arrived with the engraving text stretched to around 200% - looks cheap and the font was distorted and not as it appears in the listing. Wrote to the seller and explained this was a memorial for a murdered friend, and that I wanted it to be right. I have received no reply or even acknowledgment of the issue. Poor product, worse customer service.

  Sent the wrong item, engraved incorrectly, refused to answer messages until eBay stepped in, offered a 50% refund, and then when u returned it, only issued a 50% refund cos the box was apparently damaged, which could have only have happened in the hands of Royal Mail. Thankfully, the common sense at ebay prevailed once more.

  Seller sent incorrect item then tried claiming to ebay I had left marks on it. eBay stepped in and refunded me in full. Seller did not reply to any of my amicable messages. Awful company.
