He accepted the return immediately and I then ordered it again (this order). The over time to receive was very quick (just days) and it arrived in perfect condition. He was also willing to use an alternative shipper (UPS instead of DHL) which I'm sure helped it arrive in good shape. During all this he was very responsive to email. Price was also good compared to market pricing.

In der Zwischenzeit informierte er mich fast täglich über den Fortschritt seiner Bemühungen. Er hat es sogar geschafft, das Matebook X in meiner Lieblingsfarbe blau zu beschaffen. Besser geht es nicht.
