    The computer arrived as described. My only concern is the way it was packaged for shipment. There was the original box with the computer in it placed inside of another box, which is the right way. However, there wasn't enough packing around the inside box against the outside box, luckily the damage to the outside box did not prove to be fatal to the inside box. My suggestion is to use more packaging inside the box where the computer box is put in .

    The laptop came well packaged in brand new condition. The tracking was not giving an accurate info. It arrived 1 day late. I emailed to cancel the All State 2 year warranty as HP offered 3 yr accidental repairs all covered for 3 years for $30 more.
