Once I notified the seller and they checked their inventory, they realized they had none in the colour I wanted so they gave me the option to return and refund or keep it for a partial refund. The stand and panels arrived in two separate packages and were carefully wrapped in packing tape. The product arrived in good condition. Purchased it as a space divider for my studio apartment.
