Located in: Jamaica, New York, United States --------------- The item shipped from India, via UPS Saver. This should be fixed on the product description. Shipping was slower than I thought, but (then again) it was the Holiday season here in the US.

  I purchased this item from Shopping Solutions. When received, it was obvious that the right hearing aid had been used and returned. The box inside was ripped and the hearing aid had the battery already installed. I have corresponded several times with Shopping Solutions, and they insist that this was new - sent pictures. If it was new, I would not have a problem, but I am not going to wear a hearing aid that was obviously in someone else^s ear! I have not used ebay for many years, but though
