The book is new, but it has just one corner of the cover bent. The packings was fair, the book was wrapped with cardboard and a bag. The custom taxes are not included in the shipping, I have to paid them. The description is alright, but the item specifics don't match with the despcripción, you should ask the seller to confim the features of the item. The item has arrived on time before the approximate arrival time.

This brand new box set was not new. It looked like someone bought the box and filled it with books some new some used. The package arrived, the box was torn, books were damaged. I contacted seller to ask for a refund, I was refunded less than 50% and when I followed up for something more fair they asked me to pay back the refund. Buyer beware!

This is due to transit damages and only the box cover is little torn in the corner and i have refunded 40 percent of the amount which is more then enough and that too after discussing over messages and then you started asking full refund without opening the return so i asked to return the amount and i will send you the Box Cover without any other charges.
