    The mouse was brand new in its sealed package, as described by the seller in the ad. However, the battery had leaked since the time of its manufacture probably years ago. So the mouse was unusable. The good news is that the seller promptly refunded my entire purchase price including the $16.23 for shipping (which I felt was too high a price for this product). But all in all, this seller is responsible and has integrity.
