  The item arrived as described and works flawlessly, packaging was phenomenal and I got an item that exceeded my expectations in value. The seller was great at communicating and let me know that FedEx was at fault for delays. They were very polite and explained everything as it was happening, and went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this seller to everyone if the quality for their other products matches the quality of what I have received. I would not recommend that FedEx, however.

  I purchased this item on April 25, expecting it to arrive before a planned trip to the beach. After numerous attempts to reach out to the seller, my item was never shipped! I had to contact ebay customer support to handle the situation. I had to buy a cheaper brand sunscreen that did not work as well. This was a horrible experience, and I would not recommend this seller.

  Never received, kept getting later and later delivery date. At approx. 6 weeks out asked seller for refund-denied. Had to involve ebay.
