  The item was NOT as described. The title and description state is an "over the door fulll-length mirror" but there is no over the door hardware. It is clear this is only a wall-mounted mirror. The description is deceptive. Also, the mirror arrived with zero packaging. This means that to return it for the seller's error, I would have to be out of pocket for packaging because FedEx said they won't ship without a box and that is who the seller wanted me to return it through. Waste of time!

  Item was broken, when I received it, was sent a return label, had trouble printing label, had it sent again, then it printed, mailed it, knew they had received it, so sent them a message, Guess what they sent refund today, the day I asked for it. Have never spent this much time on getting a refund, please make sure you stay on them about refund.
